- When we first started looking at counter top material for our kitchen remodel, we were clueless as to the process involved in picking out granite. Everything from pricing, to the question of will we be able to get the pieces to fit together as seamless as possible (after all, these stones are quite heavy.) We consulted Wade tile and they worked to help us pick the stone that fit our needs. After picking out several slabs of stone, Wade Tile and Granite gave us a price workup on all the slabs we picked out. We ended up choosing the Fantasy Brown and couldn’t be happier. The Wades did a wonderful job installing our “quartzite” as seamlessly as possible. They also installed the backsplash in our kitchen, and did an excellent job. We plan on remodeling our bathroom and are excited to have this company help us through this project. They are a small, home town business that has been around for many years. - In July of 2018 the military moved us to Ocean Springs from California and we moved into our newly purchased home. After a few days, we noticed the paneling around our bathtub was warped. We also noticed that there were many signs of water damage around our bathtub. None of this was on our home inspection or disclosed by the previous homeowners. The plumbers we hired could not detect a leak anywhere and decided damage was coming from splashing around the top of the tub, through the unsealed grout. Sonny from Wade Tile was present and insisted they close off the drain and flood the shower for 24 hours. The plumbers did not agree with him but did as he asked. Sonny was correct! The was in the pan liner and it was dripping into the housing area of the tub. The humidity caused by the leak caused the panels enclosing the tub to extensively warp. If Sonny hadn't discovered the leak, the plumbers would have cleaned up the area under our tub and re-enclosed it. We would've had the same problem or worse in a few years. We hired Wade Tile to completely tear out the shower and bath and rebuild it from the ground up. It was a long process and both Sonny and Kevin Wade we there every day doing the work. Being new to the area, it is hard to find trustworthy companies to hire. Out of the home inspection company, the first plumbing company, and the handyman, only Wade Tile company has come through and shown us what it's like to properly run a business and properly take care of their customers. If you want the job done 100% we recommend Wade Tile Company. They are the best in the business. The integrity that they have is above all others, honesty and quality of work unparalleled.
